My name is Lex Winfield. I am a Pilates teacher (qualified to level 3 Pilates with Body Control Pilates) and I have been teaching for over 8 years.
I teach a range of ages but my focus has been teaching those aged 60+ with the emphasis on gaining confidence in movement, bone health and wellbeing in a small relaxed class (max 12).
I've recently moved to Newquay so currently I teach via Zoom:
Monday
Beginners 10:45-11:45am
Tuesday and Thursday
Beginners/improvers 10-11am
Improvers/intermediate 7-8pm
I will be setting up face to face classes very soon!
I also teach 1:1 and duet classes - via zoom or in your own home.
