Nordic Walking

A whole-body exercise that not only helps with fitness, heart-health and joint pain but, also provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy the benefits of nature in the company of friends.

Our Nordic Walking group is ideal for people of all abilities and is just as much about enjoying the freedom of getting out and about as it is about getting and staying active.

If you have your own poles, please bring them along. If not, we have a small supply which you can hire for £2 each session.

We are also thinking of moving ourselves around a bit to include other walking venues such as: North Petherwin, Camelford, Bude, Bodmin and the Tamar Valley. Where we go will depend on how much interest we have in each area so please give us a call if you are interested in a group in your area.

With the support of the Launceston Little Red Bus we can now also provide some help with transport between Launceston and Roadford Lake – contact us to find out more.

If you are interested in joining us on one of these walks, or you have somewhere else in East Cornwall in mind, please call: 01872 266383 and ask for Emily.
