Hi and thank you for looking at my profile. I'm an experienced, qualified mental health professional and an Holistic Therapist. I work in traditional, contemporary, epigenetic and energy healing, using tried and tested strategies for a variety of mental, emotional and physical health conditions. I am also a writer and an educator, promoting all things health along with crafting and offering guided visualisations and meditations.
I feel strongly about inequity,victimisation, discrimination and the struggles both now and historically that many people experience in their lifetime. I am passionate about providing a space where as humans, we can talk and find ways to heal and grow together creating synchronicity and harmony to enrich our days. Our lives are generally so busy and can be fraught with the anxiety of just getting through the day and my aim is to provide soothing and nurturing time with my Clients. In this way we can work together to create sustainably improved emotions and mental health levels.
