Used to enjoy working in my garden and straight forward DIY,but since having Covid 2 yrs ago do not enjoy the same level of energy,although in most respects apart from a weakened chest I remain in good health.I have a back injury which was caused by a fall about 18 months ago  ,so find kneeling to weed and stretching for any DIY causes problems. I cannot afford what appears to be prohibitive prices for local workmen ,so would really appreciate any help with both activities which I am happy to pay your prices for regular jobs around the house and garden which I can no longer manage.
