We are building on the success of our men’s weight loss groups in association with Plymouth Argyle.
Argyle fit is a mixture of football, weight loss and men’s health-related conversation.
No prior football experience or ability required, Plymouth Argyle match the guys up to form mixed ability teams and each week points are awarded for football results, with individuals weekly weight loss adding extra points to their team's scores.
We have received great feedback around social inclusion as well as seeing fantastic weight loss and fitness improvements. Launching Countywide from September with courses being booked in Penzance, Camborne, St Austell, Bodmin and Launceston.
Sessions are £3 per week for 12 weeks but if you had a client needing support to attend that would really benefit I am open to supporting on a case by case basis.
Entry criteria
1. BMI 28+
2. Male 18+
3. No existing health conditions that require one to one professional support or been advised not to exercise by a GP.
