Ashtorre Rock is a registered charity that began life in 1991. It sits beside the River Tamar at Saltash, directly below I K Brunel's famous railway bridge. The outstanding views and adaptable spaces make this a very popular venue, whether to drop in and watch the river go by or to attend a meeting or class.
The ground floor is a tearoom, open to everyone daily from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. You can enjoy drinks and snacks, art exhibitions and free Wi-Fi. Our welcoming kitchen helpers - like everyone at Ashtorre Rock - are volunteers.
The first floor is hired by local clubs and organisations for meetings, classes, exhibitions, etc (though not available for private functions). Current activities include Pilates, Karate, Tai Chi, Art, Camera Club, Quilting, Knit & Natter.
