Baby Basics is part of a UK wide network of centres, supporting parents with young children with clothing and equipment. We welcome donations of new and used items to our unit. Referrals are by email to our manager who liase with the individual to arrange collecting before delivering the family, making us a confidential service. We’re run by volunteers who check, sort and wash donated items, packs are made up of new and pre-loved items and are high quality, safe and a gift of love. Volunteers also knit items, raise money, deliver to family hubs, promote us. We are self funded but need to pay rent for our storage unit and monies to baby basics uk to use there logo and policies. Any support is much appreciated whether money to help us continue what we do or volunteering your time or support by spreading the word of our charity.
