Bodmin Bereavement Support Survey.

A team of Bereavement Buddies will be carrying out a survey during March 2022 to find out what kind of support bereaved adults living in Bodmin and the surrounding villages would like.

The survey is available with postage paid envelopes in printed A4 & A5 sizes from a number of outlets including Bodmin Town Council, Bodmin Library, St Petrocs Church & Lanivet Community Centre. You can call us on 01208 622169 or 07732 305052 and a member of the team will record your comments. It can also be completed on line shorturl.at/psEN9

The work is being supported by Cornwall Community Foundation and intoBodmin
