This is a research based singing and breathing exercise group, open to anyone with long-term restricted breathing difficulties. Our aim is to help you to make the most of your lung capacity and learn how to breathe more effectively, through practising a series of specially designed and inter-related breathing and singing exercises. You do not need any previous singing experience, nor do you need to be able to read music, as all songs are taught by ear. You will be made very welcome, if you would like to come along, make new friends and have some fun.
We meet every Friday (in term times) at Townshend Village Hall. Free level car parking next to hall, all areas are wheelchair accessible.
Time: 2.20 pm to 3.45 pm, cost £4 per session (or what you can manage). Refreshments are provided at the end of each session.
Transport may be available in some circumstances.
Suggested contribution £4 (or what you can manage).
