This is a friendly, supportive Chair & Standing Pilates class for people who struggle to get up and down from the floor. The session consists of around 50 minutes of exercise, which can be done seated, standing or a mixture of these, depending on the needs of the individual. It is followed by complimentary tea/coffee.

Sessions are run by Lynn Wise, a Body Control Pilates certified teacher with a specialist qualification in Pilates and Bone Health. These sessions are therefore also suitable for people with osteoporosis.
