Six Week Course of Chair Yoga brings moves for those who may spend much time seated through work, health circumstances or may have limited mobility and energy variance. It enables awareness of the benefits you can bring yourself with the stability of a chair. Connect, adapt, nourish and grow.

Class payment suggestion is given with 'contribute as you can' to enable them to be open to all.
