Challenge Poverty Week - 17 to 23 October
Many organisations are facing challenges with a tsunami of need - while being anxious themselves about paying their own bills to keep open.
As part of this week the sector is collaborating to highlight the strength and challenges organisations face. Please send a brief description of what you do with accompanying photos to [email protected] so they can be added to the collection.
These will be combined for an event on the 21st, a conference in Truro, ‘You Still Can’t Eat The View’ and we will be inviting all of you who have contributed to have a place at this great event. As well as sharing our stories and having positive, solution focused conversations, we will be highlighting your event on the national stage.
We will be joined on the day by Niall Cooper, director of Church Action on Poverty – the team behind Challenge Poverty Week England & Wales.
If you would like to attend ‘You Still Can’t Eat The View’ can we ask that you email us to register [email protected] subject YSCETV.
However, to guarantee a place we are allocating seats as a priority to those who contribute to CPW2022. We want your stories in the room, your solutions in the room and your real experiences. It’ll be an amazing platform.
