Confidence, Motivation and Mindset course - 23rd May
Our new courses will now be running for a total of 12 sessions (2 a week which will be Mondays and Wednesdays - 10am to 12:30pm).
Boost your confidence and support in your progression in returning to work.
Here is the new layout for the 12 sessions:
Session 1: Breaking down barriers
Session 2: Communication skills
Session 3: Mutual support, stability, how to work as a team and "Bring a Friend Along"
Session 4: Personal development
Session 5: Breaking down of personal space
Session 6: Target setting
Session 7: CV's
Session 8: Job applications/searching
Session 9: First Aid
Session 10: Wellbeing at work and relationships at work
Session 11: Interview skills
Session 12: Participant Presentation to the group on what they have learnt on the course
For session 3 we have included "Bring a Friend Along". We will invite all our participants to bring along a friend at this session so they can have a look at what the course has to offer and if they would like to sign up and join.
