Come for a chat, enjoy a walk and a nature activity. We'll introduce you to our upcoming dementia friendly walking group and carers programme. Our Creative Spaces for Carers project is about looking after the health of those caring for a loved one living with dementia. We use nature-based approaches to support people to live physically, mentally and socially active lives.
