Creative Writing Workshops - starting 31st October
Our next online Creative Writing Workshop will start on Monday 31st October running for 6 weeks 2-4pm via Zoom.
What can I expect? – During these two-hour online group sessions, we will write, explore and share together in a small group using a range of playful prompts to inspire poetry, prose and journal writing.
What do I need? – No experience necessary, just bring yourself and a pen and paper or notebook/ journal. These sessions are free and will take place using the online meeting software Zoom.
How could it help my wellbeing? – We all carry a wealth of stories within us, and writing is a pleasurable way of helping us to explore these and to make sense of our lives. You can continue using the creative writing skills learnt as a wellbeing tool to help stay well. The workshops also provide social contact, opportunities for friendship, and access to peer and professional support.
