Dig Deeper

This is a project aimed at supporting people of a working age, living with mild to moderate levels of anxiety, depression and/or stress.

These sessions are for people living in the china clay area around St. Austell.

We are offering 4 FREE sessions, based at Treverbyn Community Hall, using their outdoor spaces to provide nature-based activities to help improve mental health through having fun exploring and discovering elements of nature.

4 sessions on Wednesdays: April 27th, May 4th, 18th and 25th . 10.30am to 12.30pm
