The Dig Deeper project is running 4 nature-based sessions at Treverbyn Community Hall's green space area this September.
The sessions offer support to people aged between 18 and 65 who are living with mild to moderate levels of anxiety, depression and/or stress.
We use nature-themed activities combined with technology such as smartphone-linked microscopes to help people to explore, discover and connect with nature in new and exciting ways. Nature provides you with opportunities to regain your confidence, improve your mental health whilst having fun in a small group of like-minded people.
We can offer help with travel costs to people living in mid Cormwall but also if you live further afield, would like to join in and can get yourself to the sessions we welcome anyone living in Cornwall.
Refreshments and activity resources are provided; you only need to bring yourself and a mug and wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear.
