How to book an appointment: members of the public can text ADVICE DIGITAL to 78866 and we will call them back in 48 hrs and book. If they have no telephone/credit or no other way to reach us - they can attend these centres and ask to use the internet phone on the computer to call our Adviceline and get the help they need.
There is an open web browser for clients to use so they can access other services and make online applications or simply connect to family/friends or arrange online shopping. Data entered onto the computers is deleted each time clients log out - or if they forget it will automatically delete after non-use for a couple of minutes.
Please note that each centre has it's own access arrangements during lockdown but in addition, we ask that all clients using the equipment wear a face mask on entry/exit to the site (unless they're exempt), use hand sanitiser provided pre and post use and use the antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment pre and post use and they maintain 2m distance from anyone else in the hubs - this is to ensure their safety at all times.
For those who want to use the hubs and need our help - but may be worried about using the equipment? Don't be! The hosts will ensure the equipment is switched on and we've provided step by step instructions with photo's so anyone can follow the very simple steps needed.
