Digital Weight Loss Sessions
Our 12-week digital weight loss sessions are achieving fantastic results!
The next groups begin in mid-July with courses on Tuesday evenings or Wednesday mornings. 12 weeks of free support with a 20-30 minute weekly topic presentation and 15-20 minutes of group discussion.
Each session is backed with free materials, apps and useful links to support and our advisors are there to answer any questions and provide additional support pre and post sessions.
