Exercise class - Diverse Dance Mix Carbis Bay

Designed by Darcey Bussell - Aerobic exercise for all ages with easy to follow steps. You will have so much fun, you won't know you are exercising. All you need is a pair of Trainers and some Water. We learn dances from all around the world and also dance through the different eras.

Mondays - Beacon Village Hall, Camborne, TR14 7SF- 9.30am

Tuesdays - Carbis Bay Memorial Hall, St Ives, TR26 2TA - 11.30am
