Course Overview
In this is a six week course we will take a gentle journey together into the wonderful world of yoga and mindfulness. We will explore a range of breathing techniques, physical postures ( asanas) and mindfulness practises. The class will have a gentle pace with a focus on finding what feels good in your own body. It’s suitable for any level of yoga experience – if you’ve never tried yoga before, this is a great intro!
