What is Health Works for Cornwall?

Health Works for Cornwall is an exciting programme which aims to support 5500 workless individuals where there are health-related barriers to employment. The support is available across the whole of Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

Who are the Delivery Partners?

Under Health Works for Cornwall, Cornwall Development Company are leading a partnership of 10 local organisations specifically chosen because of their expertise and experience.

The organisations offering support include:

  • Active Plus
  • Cornwall Council
  • Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
  • Council of Isles of Scilly
  • CSW Group
  • Eden Project
  • Lizard Pathways
  • Pentreath
  • Pluss
  • Truro and Penwith College

Together, the partnership provides specialist engagement, careers education, information, advice and guidance and support into or towards employment.

Funding:

The Health Works for Cornwall programme has received investment from the European Social Fund and principle match funders Cornwall Council.
