Healthy Habits Academy
The Healthy Habits Academy is an ESF/CLLD funded programme and is completely FREE for people aged 16-65years old, out of education or employment and living in Camborne/Pool/Illogan and Redruth.
We are able to work with you across various areas of life; Confidence, mindfulness, healthy eating and nutrition, fitness, self-care and wellbeing, Healthy shopping, budgeting and money management, interview skills, cv and letter writing and so on.
We normally like to work face to face but can work remotely at the moment via the phone, video calling, even text messaging and email if you prefer one of those methods.
We help you to set goals for yourself and provide you with small, realistic tasks to take steps to achieve them. We want to get you to a place where you feel happier, healthier and successful and will do what we can to help you use what you have to get what you want.
There is also an elearning element to the programme, allowing you the opportunity to gain certificates for your learning on the programme.
If you are unsure if the programme is right for you or if you have any questions, please do get in touch. We would love to hear from you.
