HOPE is a gentle and supportive 6-week programme, designed to improve wellbeing and resilience. The aim is to help you build confidence to self-manage long-term conditions. E.g. physical health such as pain relief; mental health issues like anxiety, stress and depression; people returning to work after a long absence; parents/carers of children with additional or complex needs. The course is based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy.
There will be an informal meet & greet before the programme starts; come and find out more on Wednesday 8th at 11am, outside The Hub coffee shop (which is right next to the venue).
HOPE sessions will be held at The nook (thenookcornwall.org) wellbeing & creative space (Unit 4 Boscawen Road, Perranporth TR6 0EW). The workshops start Friday 10th June 1 – 3pm.
The sessions are all free to attend and refreshments will be provided. You can also claim back your transport costs for getting to the venue.
