The group meets at the Launceston Model Railway Clubrooms at St Stephen's Church Hall, Roydon, Launceston PL15 8HL from 1000 to 1400 on the third Saturday of each month.

Based on a 25 miles radius of Launceston which covers Okehampton, Bude, Liskeard, Bodmin and St Austell.
