What Can I Expect on a Walk?
The walks are designed to get you out of your thoughts and into nature. Experiencing the smell of a woodland, the sound of a stream, or coming face to face with wildlife are experiences that can help us reconnect with ourselves naturally.
Each event involves a short walk combined with time for sitting and taking in the tranquillity of the landscape, discovering fauna and flora, or exploring the history of the landscape.
