Jo discovered this fun and unique form of exercise when living in France. When she returned to Cornwall she found that she just couldn't leave it behind and so the Longe Cote UK group began.

What is Longe Cote?
It's an hour class lunging through the sea stopping to do exercises using water resistance to exercise muscles for a fun cardio work out. Why not come along and try it for yourself? Wetsuits available for no extra cost if you don't have one of your own.
From the 9th March we will have classes running at Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth every Mon 10 am, Tues 6.30 pm, Thurs 1 pm & Sat 10 am.
