Low Impact Exercise and Dance

Hi everyone my name is Arlene and I am a specialist fitness instructor for Move it or Lose It, a programme that focuses on Low Impact Exercise focusing on Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength.  I also add a sprinkling of Zumba Gold and Chair Dance Yoga to mix it up a bit so we never get bored.

Everyone can join in as all routines can be Seated, Standing or with Chair Support and with a variety of music to get everyone's feet tapping our classes are a perfect recipe for not only our physical well being but also a social environment to boost our confidence and mental health. 

Recognised by the NHS, Age UK Cornwall & Isles of Scilly and EDM, our classes are fun, stress free as you are encouraged to work at your own pace and never do more than your body will allow. 

Classes: Monday 6pm Epworth Hall Launceston Methodist Church 

               Tuesday 11am The Gateway Centre Launceston
