Macmillan Cancer Support in partnership with Volunteer Cornwall are running the Macmillan Garden and DIY project, as well as the Declutter and Clean Project across the Carrick, Kerrier and Restormel areas of the county.

The aim of both projects is to support people affected by cancer, with the help of volunteers, doing gardening, DIY, declutter and cleaning tasks.  This could include grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, general tidying, painting a room, taking items to charity and recycling centres and spring cleaning.

To volunteer: If you would like to volunteer there is no need for any previous experience, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help someone.
