We welcome anyone who feels lonely, isolated or depressed to our Wellbeing Groups. Our Walking Group meet on Monday afternoons,Yoga (experienced and beginners) on Tuesday mornings, Music on Tuesday afternoons, Soil to Soup and Spades (two Gardening projects) on Wednesday mornings and afternoons and Art on Thursday afternoons.
