A Pilates mat class suitable for complete beginners, with progressions given for those with more experience. We use a variety of equipment (e.g. resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights, toning circles, foam rollers) to add variety and challenge.
Sessions taught by Lynn Wise, a Body Control Pilates certified teacher with a specialist qualification in Pilates and Bone Health, meaning that the exercises can be safely adapted for you if you have osteoporosis.
