Come and join this free session to keep you fitter for longer, held monthly at The Sunshine Cafe community group in Truro. This session is suitable for all ages and abilities. This class can be chair-based if mobility is restricted. Come and gain greater strength, balance and flexibility through exercise carefully designed to improve your overall well-being. 

Monthly on a Friday 1:30pm -2:30pm
