Move More Sit Less - from iCare iMove

 

iCareiMove are working in partnership with Chaos TV, Cornwall Council Public Health and Age UK Cornwall to provide digital falls prevention sessions.

 

This programme will launch in May and is being offered to any Cornish resident who might be little unsteady, may have fallen in the past, or are afraid of or are at risk of falling – please call 0800 0541 118 if you or anyone you know, would benefit from this course.

 

All you will need is an email, access to the internet and an Ipad, Tablet or Computer. iCareiMove will help with the setup and anything else.
