Providing practical and emotional support for people who have been bereaved.
Nevra Digoweth means 'Never Alone' in Cornish and, is a group of people who meet once a month for an afternoon tea and good company. Though, as a group, we are connected by each having individual experience of bereavement, when we meet there is no obligation or expectation of what we might talk about.
From sharing solutions to the practical issues that can come following a bereavement, to natter about the latest Poldark episode, our direction is led by what the group feel like on the day. No meeting is the same and new opinions, interests and ideas are always welcome and valued.
Our aim is to simply be a pleasant, friendly place to come and know that, even in those times when you need to be away from others, you never need to be alone.
Our group usually runs in Liskeard on the first Tuesday of every month at 2pm.
PLEASE NOTE - OUR DECEMBER MEETING WILL BE ON TUESDAY 10TH DECEMBER
