Our walks are for anyone over 50 looking for an activity that is fun, healthy and adaptable to a range of abilities.
We always finish with a cuppa and natter in the café.
This July we are offering 2 'one-off' free taster session for you to come and try the basic principles of Nordic Walking and see if it's for you.
This will take place ahead of launching regular Nordic Walks in and around Roadford Lake from September.
