Walk Kernow provides exciting and varied Walks for Health & Wellbeing. Led by friendly, qualified, first aid trained Instructors and Walk Leaders. We also provide Walking Breaks for you to discover Cornwall. Walk Kernow specialises in Nordic Walking so if you want to get more out of your walks we can teach you how to Nordic Walk too. Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience. With a technique that is similar to the upper body action of classic cross-country skiing, Nordic Walking becomes a genuinely whole body exercise. So come and join our friendly Walking Group
