CHAOS Farm offer nature-based therapy activities for individuals facing mental health struggles ?

The aim is for participants to enjoy gardening and nurture plants in a peaceful setting, and recall how to nurture themselves. 

From being in the market garden to planting on in the potting shed there is something for everyone.
