Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, lengthen and balance the body. Pilates classes take place at the wonderful Millpool Centre overlooking Looe estuary and other venues in the South of Cornwall.
Classes available are:
Level 1 - Monday 10.45am - 11.35am, best for newbies and those recovering from injuries.
Level 2 - Monday 9.45am - 10.35am, Tuesday 8.30am - 9.25am and Friday 9.30am - 10.20am, good all round fitness class for those with a little experience.
Level 3 - Friday 8.30am-9.20am, more fast paced challenging workout for those who are familiar with all the exercises and who participate in sports. (This class is great for runners, swimmers and cyclists).
