Description

A monthly dementia-friendly nature activity group for people with dementia and their carers, based at Potager Garden in Constantine. The group tends a raised bed, does seasonal creative nature activities, and enjoys a cuppa and chat together.

We can help with transport so please get in touch to find out more and book.
