Seated Exercise Classes
Move it or Lose it with Arlene is offering a Seated Low Impact exercise class for those who may have mobility issues and still want to keep moving. My classes will be a maximum of 6 people so you get full attention and advice as well as personalised exercises to do at home.
We will focus on Flexibility, Aerobic (chair dance) Balance and Strength to a variety of music that will get everyone's feet tapping and bodies moving.
My class will be friendly fun and a way to make new friends with people who maybe experiencing similar issues, and with regular participation you will surely see a marked improvement in both physical and mental well being.
Classes will commence in May 2022 PL15 Launceston and depending on response will confirm days and times.
Your First Class will be FREE and should you wish to continue an 8 Week course will be £50 (terms and conditions will apply)
Move it or Lose it is recognised by the NHS, Active UK and Exercise, Movement and Dance.
I am a certified Instructor (Practical) and hold a Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology. I am also a qualified Life Coach in Confidence Building and Well Being.
