The St Austell Memory Café is open to anyone worried about their memory or affected by dementia. It is held on the 1st and 3rd Monday from 2.00 – 4.00pm at Cuddra WI Hall, Bucklers Lane, St Austell.

St Austell Memory Café is where people with memory loss and their family or carers can socialise, take part in meaningful activities, and enjoy ‘homemade’ cakes and refreshments, all welcome! Memory cafés can help refresh and reweave the relationship between people with memory loss and their carers and also build mutual support. Knowing that others really understand makes a difference, and this can grow into a support network that exists outside the café
