Sundance - dancing into fitness for people over 50
Sundance is a National Lottery funded community group for people over 50.
Our welcoming, sociable dance classes develop strength, balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. We move and dance to music from across the eras and around the world.
Dancing is one the best ways to look after your health because it works your brain, your body and its sociable too.
"Thanks for the great dance classes, great combination of what we need; stretching, rhythm, balance, choreography, brain work, coordination, creativity, humour, moving all our parts and learning about how the body/ brain works. So good for the soul."
