Swimming for Wellbeing
Salty Swims combines the therapeutic values of outdoor swimming with social interaction to encourage positive wellbeing.
Almost anyone can float, and you do not have to be a swimmer to start experiencing the benefits of being in the water.
The sessions are led by Ange Collins, a qualified swimming teacher, swimming coach, wellbeing and lifestyle coach and cold-water therapist.
This is a 7 week course starting Tuesday 13th September 9.30 am - 11.00 am at Daymer Bay PL27 6SA
