Community Gateway has just got better. Alongside our dedicated phone line, we've increased face-to-face support and home visits, making it even easier to access free advice, practical help and local services. By taking the time to understand what matters most to each person, Community Gateway connects people with the right support at the right time, helping them stay independent, confident and connected to their community.
The Gateway is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year – including Christmas day.
