Join us this Time To Talk Day!
Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.
Keep warm and join us for a chat at St Austell Foodbank from 10am - 3pm on Thursday 2nd February.
Lots of us have money worries at the moment. And this can have a big impact on our mental health. The day is about creating supportive communities by having conversations about mental health and the things that worry us. We all have mental health. By talking about it, we can support ourselves and others.
In partnership with Co-op, St Austell Foodbank and Trussell Trust, you'll be able to access advice and information for money and poverty related difficulties with local organisations such as Citizens Advice Cornwall, Community Energy Plus and South West Water.
Our Cornwall Mind team will be present all day to offer mental health advice and support. We can tell you what help is available and have a chat about our groups and services.
Plans for the day:
10-12 Advice and information with free refreshments
12-1 Soup and chat lunch
1-3 Mental health support at the Foodbank
Everyone is welcome so please make space in your day to join us on Thursday 2nd February 10-3.
