First Light is an award-winning charity, which supports individuals of any age, gender or sexuality who have been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence that operates across Devon, Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly and Wiltshire.
We are seeking 3 new Trustees with the passion, drive and commitment needed to help them achieve their charitable mission; to move to the point where people can live their lives in safety free from domestic abuse and sexual violence.
The following priority areas have been identified to complement our existing strengths:
- HR – People & Culture
- Safeguarding - Children’s or Adult Services
- Lobbying / Campaigning – promoting system change
- Legal
- Procurement / Contracts
- Fundraising / Income Generation (either charitable fundraising or commercial income generation through traded services)
