The Walk & Laugh Group meet on 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month 1:30-3:30. Walks include: Luckett Woods, Kit Hill, Cotehele, Roadford Lake, Launceston Town and Stoke Climsland. We go at the slowest pace; it is an amble, not a ramble!

The group is for people living with dementia and their carers, and is an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation. We have a small transport budget so can support in getting you to and from the activity group. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch with Ellie on email here.

The Walk & Laugh Group is part of Sensory Trust's Creative Spaces project. Please see our website for more details.
