Wellbeing Cafe, Newquay
If you're feeling a little isolated and in need of a listening ear, or simply a place to catch up with a friend over coffee and cake then a warm welcome awaits you!
Our Wellbeing Community Cafe is open from 9.30am-12.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Salvation Army, Newquay.
If you have a little one then we also have baby corner for them to play in whilst you have a drink.
On some days (check Facebook) there will also be someone from Community Matters who will be able to provide support with the following:

- Social Isolation and Loneliness
- Pre-employment
- Change of career
- Volunteering
- Education & Training
- CV’s & careers advice
- Long term health conditions support
