The Work Routes team are able to provide:
- Bespoke 1-2-1 support, advice and guidance
- In-House training, such as Building Self-Confidence, Being Proactive and Interview Practice
- Access to accredited training, such as CSCS cards, SIA courses, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding
- Access to the European Social Fund for financial support - such as travel to appointments at our offices, job interviews, interview clothing, hair-cuts, dry cleaning, work uniforms, DBS checks etc
- Tailored guidance for job searching as well as professional CV building and Interview Skills Training
- Access to guaranteed interviews and live vacancies via our in house Recruitment Team.
One of the best things about Work Routes is that we are able to provide 52 weeks of bespoke support, with a further 26 weeks of support available once you enter work. This helps us to ensure that you will never be rushed into work before you are ready and also means that once you are in work you are more likely to stay.
