The workshop aims at knowledge exchange and building collaborations to develop sustainable workplaces for older European women.

The Inclusivity Project are hosting the following online Zoom workshop:

The workshop is funded by the University of Exeter’s European Network Fund (ENF). The focus is on sustainable workplaces and the well-being of older female workers in Europe. 

Key academics and stakeholders across Europe with an interest in interdisciplinary research in this area are invited to attend.

The workshop will be facilitated by two members of the ENF team: Dr. Emma Jeanes, Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies, and Dr. Susan Reh, Senior Lecturer, University of Exeter Business School.
